Wholesale Purchasing
GENERAL PURCHASING INFO //
- A minimum wholesale order amount of R3000 applies (after discount).
- Payment to clear in full via website, SnapScan or EFT before shipping will take place.
- All orders MUST be processed through the website. No email orders will be accepted.
- When making an EFT or SnapScan payment, please use your order number as reference.
- Please do not allow anyone else to use your personal discount code.
- It is generally around 3-5 working days for an order to leave the studio and not much more than 3 days for an order to reach its destination after leaving here. If this timing is likely to be longer, I will let you know.
- You are welcome to make other purchases off the website however your discount code will not work for any products not listed in the wholesale collection.
- Free shipping for all wholesale orders within the geographical borders of South Africa.
- Shipping will be done in the safest and most cost effective manner (I use the Courier Guy), and rush order shipping is for the customer's account.
- Tracking numbers will be issued once the order is fulfilled via the website.
- I do not use the Post Office or PostNet.
- I do not ship internationally. You are more than welcome to organise your own international shipping from the studio at your cost.
CONSIGNMENT //
- I do not supply on a consignment basis. Non-negotiable.
- I do not supply large retail chains ~ I like to keep my brand unique and special.
- I do not offer exclusivity to geographical areas ~ I can't guarantee exclusivity as it is too hard to track where my products end up. Believe me, I have tried.
- I do not supply internet-only stores or pop-up markets unless under the Moon & Back brand/table.
- I do not accept any returns on unsold product unless defective (I must be informed within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order of any such defects). Everything is checked and packed very well before it leaves the studio.
- I reserve the right to add or remove any products from the wholesale catalogue without notice.
- I reserve the right to increase pricing without notice. I try not to do this more than once a year, but sometimes things are out of my control.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN WHOLESALE CATALOGUE //
Not everything available via this website is available for wholesale, and this includes fabric. This decision is primarily margin driven and may change in the future. If it is not listed under the Wholesale Collection link, it is not available to purchase at a wholesale discount.
STOCK HELD AT THE STUDIO //
From time to time, items may go out of stock, especially during the busy season. I will do my best to keep stock levels healthy. You are more than welcome to email me regarding any out of stock item, and I will let you know the status of that product at that time.
PAST CATALOGUES //
Unfortunately no orders from past catalogues will be accepted.
All designs and products are Copyright of To the Moon & Back Paper Studio and may not be copied or reproduced in any way, nor may my products be repackaged under another brand and resold as their own.
I want to remain an exclusive and unique brand, therefore from time to time I may say no to establishments that I feel are not a fit to my brand and design ethos, or perhaps I may feel that there are too many stockists in one particular area. I reserve the right to do so without compensation or explanation.
